The Tennessee Department of Tourist Development is partnering with nationally recognized destination expert Jon Schallert to bring his Destination Business BootCamp® to Tennessee this fall. This intensive training is designed to help business owners and community leaders turn their destinations into thriving consumer magnets. Over 1,800 entrepreneurs and 110 communities across North America have benefited from Jon’s proven 14-step strategy, built from interviews with over 10,000 successful business owners. Three regional workshops will be offered across the state:
Cookeville (Middle TN): September 30 – October 2Â
 Jackson (West TN): October 14 – 16Â
 Farragut (East TN): November 5 – 7Â
Each BootCamp is a 2½-day, hands-on experience that equips participants with actionable tools to grow their business, attract high-value customers, and boost long-term profitability. While the standard cost to attend is $1,600 per person, TDTD is covering the full cost for selected Tennessee businesses and communities, making this nationally recognized program free to attend.
Due to limited seating, participation will be awarded through a competitive application process. Applications will be reviewed based on community representation and readiness to apply the program’s strategies.
