Stephanie Keller, General Manager at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Tullahoma, has been named Lodging Manager of the Year (Small Property) by the Tennessee Hospitality & Tourism Association's 2025 Purple Iris Awards.
This statewide honor recognizes professionals who show outstanding leadership, dedication to service, and a deep commitment to guest experience—and it’s hard to imagine someone more deserving. Stephanie was nominated for this award after receiving our 2024 Experience Award for Lodging Staff Member of the Year earlier this spring.
Stephanie was nominated for this award because of her exceptional dedication to customer service, her commitment to her team, and her unwavering support for her community. Time and time again, guests describe her as someone who goes far beyond what’s expected, treating each visitor not just as a customer, but as a neighbor, a friend, and even family. Her leadership has helped shape an atmosphere of warmth, kindness, and care that guests feel from the moment they walk through the door.
Stephanie’s approach to hospitality is rooted in genuine compassion. Whether it's making arrangements for a guest in the middle of a crisis, remembering a returning traveler and going the extra mile to make their stay special, or rallying her team to care for others in moments of community need, her actions remind us what true hospitality is all about.
We’re honored to have leaders like Stephanie representing our region and raising the bar for what it means to Experience Tennessee. Her passion, professionalism, and heart make all the difference, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to celebrate her achievements.
Congratulations, Stephanie!
