Local Government Dues Program

The South Central Tennessee Tourism Association (SCTTA) serves as the unifying regional organization advancing tourism, economic development, and community growth across our 13-county region. Through collaborative partnerships with counties, municipalities, chambers, and local destination marketing organizations, SCTTA provides the strategic leadership, marketing, and advocacy necessary to position South Central Tennessee as a premier destination for travelers.

Local Government Dues are used as matching dollars for the State of Tennessee’s Regional Endowment Grant, allowing us to fundamentally serve the entire region through cohesive, statewide tourism initiatives.

These local investments empower SCTTA to act as the voice and advocate for our partnering governments in tourism-related policy and legislative matters. In addition to policy support, SCTTA provides consulting and technical assistance, tourism grant administration, and professional guidance to ensure that our partners can access and maximize state and federal resources.

SCTTA delivers comprehensive marketing services that elevate our region’s visibility, from brand promotion and digital campaigns to earned media and influencer programs. In essence, the dues our counties and municipalities contribute not only sustain the operations of SCTTA, they multiply in value, unlocking state-matched funds and creating a regional engine for tourism growth, economic vitality, and shared success across South Central Tennessee.
