Ryan French is the Executive Director and CEO of the South Central Tennessee Tourism Association (SCTTA), a role he has held since 2020. Under his leadership, SCTTA launched the consumer facing brand, Experience Tennessee, significantly enhancing its regional presence. Prior to his tenure at SCTTA, Ryan served as General Manager of Fantasy 101.5 FM in Manchester, Tennessee. He also brings over a decade of retail management experience with two Fortune 50 companies.

Ryan's leadership saw the establishment of SCTTA offices in Lynchburg, Tennessee. In November 2022, he opened a Welcome Center on the campus of the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg. SCTTA then developed a partnership with the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, rebranding the Welcome Center as the Tennessee Whiskey Trailhead. This unique positioning allows SCTTA to guide visitors throughout the region. Ryan also developed the After Jack Travelers Guide to specifically target visitors once they finish their visit to Lynchburg.

He has overseen the development and implementation of the Experience Tennessee Virtual Brochure Rack and the "Places" website program, which provides partners with individual profiles on ExperienceTN.com, generating over 8 million impressions for the region annually. Additionally, Ryan served as Chairman of the Manchester Tourism and Community Development Commission for 10 years and has over 15 years of elected experience with the City of Manchester. He is set to graduate as a Tourism Marketing Professional from the Southeastern Tourism Society's Marketing College at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, in 2024.
Amanda McGowan, a Manchester, TN native, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee Southern in Pulaski, TN, and earned her MBA in 2023. With over two years of experience at the Giles County Chamber of Commerce, Amanda has developed a deep understanding of the tourism industry's dynamics and the unique attractions of South Central Tennessee.

With a long and successful resume as a business owner that includes over 30 years of operating a marketing agency, Curlee also served four terms in the Tennessee General Assembly and was the longest serving mayor in the history of Tullahoma, Tenn.

A San Francisco Bay Area native, Dominic Gialdini received his Bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration from San Diego State University. Subsequently, he lived in Denmark, Slovenia, and Spain and conducted academic research in Italy to earn a Master's degree through the Erasmus Mundus European Master in Tourism Management program. In 2021, he moved to Grundy County to execute sustainable economic development projects as an AmeriCorps volunteer in service to America (VISTA), and he subsequently served as the executive director of Tennessee’s South Cumberland Tourism Partnership, a DMO that he helped to create to represent Grundy County, Monteagle, and Sewanee, TN.
Cindy Dupree Holloway, a public relations and marketing specialist, has spent her entire career in the tourism and entertainment business, and is excited to join the SCTTA team as the PR manager.

As an independent publicist and marketing consultant, Cindy’s recent workhas garnered coverage for clients in national, regional and local outlets, including NPR, Atlanta Journal Constitution, and WSMV-TV.
​
Originally from Arab, AL, Cindy’s career led her to New York City, where she worked for 16 years in the entertainment business, including in Corporate Relations for Broadcast Music, Inc., and managing an Off-Broadway Theatre in Times Square. Cindy received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from New York University.
Most recently, Cindy served as director of communications for the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development for 13 years.

Cindy and husband David recently built their dream home in Grundy County, Tennessee, where Cindy works most days from their porch,
surrounded by God’s beauty.
