All activities involved in carrying out an itinerary or visit must be free of charge to the ambassadors and their plus one.

Additional compensation in an offer is simply designed to drive more interest in your itinerary or request. It is not required, however, it does tend to elevate participation.

Community itineraries that are submitted must be advanced by the organization that is submitting them.

All submissions and pitches must be submitted through SCTTA.org. Direct contact for pitches is prohibited according to the agreements we have we each ambassador.

If you are requesting a stop at an individual business, please keep in mind that we present at least "day-long" itineraries to ambassadors. Your stop will become part of an itinerary that we build out around your community.

If you are submitting an individual stop or an incomplete itinerary, please submit at least 45 days in advance to give time for the itinerary development.

We do not negotiate visits, we present the opportunity and give ambassadors a "respond by date".

Your submission will be sent to all qualifying ambassadors based on your request.

We will allow you to choose ambassadors from those who respond if there is a conflict of numbers.
